Adam replied to my email within 24 hours. Booked an appointment with 48 hours and showed up (to-the-minute on-time) within the week. He arrived with all necessary equipment to tune up, fix, repair and restore my old BRC bike. All work – chain tightened, gears checked, breaks reinforced – was done within 60 minutes. Fortunately, no major repair work was required. Adam is friendly, professional and he knows bikes. My rides are smoother and better than they’ve been in years as a result of Adam’s tune-up. Well done. I’d hire him again and I recommend him to everyone (with a bike). Cheers.

I wrote Adam on a Monday and he said he would come out on Wednesday, compared to a 3-week wait at my local bike shop. He tuned up 4 bikes of various vintages in my back yard. We’ve had two out so far and everything is running perfectly. It was great, speedy service at a reasonable price. I will be sure to use him again next spring.

We’re so happy with Adam’s work on our bikes. He was efficient and communicative, and our bikes are in great condition for the start of spring, without needing to wait weeks for an appointment at our local bike shop.

It’s great to have Adam come right to my door and provide excellent, professional bicycle maintenance for an affordable rate. Saves me time and headaches walking the bike to a shop where it will take at least a day. As a full-time commuter, it’s important to keep my bike in running order, switching out winter tires, fixing flats, tightening brakes and lubing the chain, all with an email and an e-transfer! No waiting!

Adam was very flexible about the time of appointment, he was on time and he brought all his own gear. I felt confident he would do a good job… and he did!
